This new amp design has hit the sweet spot between SET and typical push-pull amplifiers. The M2500 maintains the micro detailing, texture overall finesse across the midrange that SET designs are known for while improving the dynamics, slam factor with extended and focused bass.
These are my go-to amps with no issues presented with any genre at any volume. My amps are the PX25 20W Continuous triode, set at 8 ohm driving Daledious Zeus Speakers with 99 dB efficiency at a VERY flat impedance curve (+/- 1 ohm above 100hz) at 6ohms. While the 300b will drive all but the most inefficient speakers, the KT150 will drive any speaker system!!!
Price variance depending on the tube type selected. The 300b/PX25/KT150 circuits are unique and therefore tubes are not interchangeable.
All M-2500s ( PX25, 300B and KT-150 PP) have +28dB voltage gain(0.4V -0.7V)
